City Plumbing got me out of a plumbing fix today. Although they didn't have stock of Shower tray, when I rang this morning within 10 minutes I was rung back to say it would be in showroom within 90 minutes. How impressive is that particularly when my original internet supplier told me it was out of stock for at least a week having promised next day delivery and at least six other suppliers said it would take 24 hours.
