Welcome to the Southcott Village Residents Association (S.V.R.A.)
The Club and Function Hall is situated on an open green and has been run by a dedicated committee for over 30 years.
The function hall is an ideal venue to celebrate weddings, christenings, anniversaries and birthday parties. It is also available to user groups – see Classes & Club Info dropdown.
Hall Facilities:
• Fully licensed bar with dedicated bar staff
• Accommodates up to 100 guests
• Trellis or round banquet tables available with upholstered chairs
• Stage for DJ’s and up to an 8 piece band with concealed electrical sockets
• Modern LED lighting dimmer system
• In House catering, if required
• Function co-ordinator, if required
• Central heating
The Club has full wheelchair access with a disabled/baby change toilet.
Bar Facilities:
• The bar is a members club
• Sky TV
• Brand new ‘Fast Ball’ pool table
• Two dart boards
• Cask Ales
• Competitive prices (pint of Fosters £2.60)
• Friendly bar staff and a great atmosphere
• Friday Night is Club Night with a fun quiz
We have 2 private car parks located in Grasmere Way and Bideford Green
