The Entertainment/Functions Bar
The Entertainment/Function Bar is the largest of the club’s bar areas and it’s this bar that is available for hire to members and non-members (none-members contact the Secretary for details and information).
When not in use for the varied Entertainment and Function events the bar area can be used as a third general purpose bar.
With the seating areas being enclosed by booth type screens it allows a little privacy so making it ideal for eating or dining or having quiet chats with friends.Or perhaps you might go for a friendly game of pool.
The Entertainment is varied. Singers/Entertainers, discos or even Magicians or Clowns etc. for the Children’s parties or events that are occasionally held at the club.
During Entertainment or Functions the Pool Table is moved from the dance area and discreetly placed elsewhere.
Hire of the Entertainment/Function Bar
The Entertainment/Function Bar is available to hire for members (non-members contact the Secretary for details and information). During hire the Pool Table is moved and discreetly placed elsewhere (unless requested otherwise). A Catering Service is also available for a finger style buffet or perhaps something larger and enquiries should be made to the Secretary in the first instance.

The Snooker Room
The Snooker Room is located on the first floor and is available to members, their guests and visitors, for use during the opening hours of the club.
Being in a separate room located above the bars it ensures the privacy and atmosphere required to enjoy a relaxed game of Snooker.
The two tables are maintained to a high level and are used by the club’s Snooker team in the local Snooker League.
Hire Charges
Maximum 5 Hour Period between 11:00am and 12 Midnight - £50.00
(Additional hours are charged at the rate of £10.00 per hour,
or part thereof, with an further £20 after midnight and
should be applied for at the time of booking)
Centenary Weekend
