Personal Service:  A friendly, local and approachable team who speak plain english and want to get to know you, your business, and your future plans, so that they are able to advise all year round and not just at year end. Appointments are available at a time and place to suit you.  If you want to email, phone, come in and have a coffee, or meet up and go over things over a beverage or two, not a problem.  This flexibility is at no extra cost.

Empathy: Being the “Small Business Champions” we restrict ourselves to only working for small businesses, ranging from individuals needing tax returns, sole traders needing accounts and tax returns, through to small limited companies up to £1m turnover.  Our philosophy is that by avoiding audit work and larger companies, we are able to focus on and give premium service to our core clients.

Results with Value:  Although personal service is important when choosing your accountant, you're going to want to know you're getting value for money.  Although we can't promise miracles, we are in the business of saving you money if we can.  One sure way we can ease the burden is by offering flexible payment options such as our Direct Debit scheme – avoiding those big accountancy bills at year end.  Reassuring to know here also, is that we work from a menu of prices when working out the price, which is all inclusive and so no nasty surprises for extras such as meetings, letters or phone calls!

Trust:  Although we are a local practice, we are part of a national network, which utilises a large team of experts in every aspect of accountancy and tax imaginable akin to that of a top accountancy practice.  This level of service is already included in your fee and is not an extra.  The fee you agree is the fee you pay!
