Swingrave Tea Dances
Description
Swingrave is a tea dance offering a unique blend of fabulous music from the swing era mixed in with some early R & B, Jazz and Blues to offer a lively afternoon of authentic jive such as BALBOA, SHAG, LINDY-HOP and Rock and Roll.
We welcome music and dance lovers from far and wide to learn new styles or moves at our workshops and/or dance and chat the afternoon away. All accompanied by our complimentary tea, coffee and large selection of cake.
Swingrave has successfully been raising money for local and national charities for over four years and we are knownm for our informal and friendly atmosphere.
We have our own DJ and live music for special events and we welcome requests and suggestions for future fund raising events.

This is a social, relaxed and welcoming event. We just want people to come and enjoy it whether they dance or not. The music is amazing with local DJ Will d'Frill and we have occasional live bands. Check 'Whats On' on the web site and we will see you soon for a swinging afternoon!
